- We scope it together on a call. You walk us through the bit of the business that's eating your week, the repetitive work, the bottleneck, the thing you keep meaning to fix. We work out what AI can sensibly take on, what it can't, and what's actually worth building. If the honest answer is that you don't need a build, we say so before you've spent anything.
- We build it and ship it into your workflow. It lands as a working tool inside how you already operate: your inbox, your diary, your spreadsheet, your site. Tested against your live work before handover, not a roadmap.
- You own it, we hand it over working. The finished tool is yours, with the keys, the code, and a plain explanation of how it runs and where it stops. If it needs us forever, we built it wrong.

There's no published figure here, and that's deliberate, not coy. A build is shaped entirely by what you need built, and pretending otherwise with a day-rate would just turn the meter into the product. So we scope the work on a call, fix what it covers, and quote you one project price before a line of it is written. You agree the number up front and it doesn't move unless the scope does, in writing, with your say-so. No open-ended hours, no surprise overruns, no retainer quietly renewing in the background. If the work turns out smaller than it looked, we tell you, and the quote reflects it. The guidance and implementation tiers carry published prices because they're fixed in scope. A build is yours alone, so the number is too.

- We built and run Pencraft and Pikabo ourselves. Pencraft handles real client email and diary work every day; Pikabo is a live adoption portal with a real shelter pilot. These aren't case studies we bought, they're tools we made and use.
- Pencraft was used daily, by an operator living in his own inbox, before it was ever offered to anyone else. We don't ship you a thing we wouldn't run ourselves.
- You own what we build. The code, the keys, and a plain handover of how it works. Once it's handed over, we're optional.
- We have no vendor stake. We don't resell anyone's software and take no commission, so the build is shaped around what your business needs, not what pays us a margin.

Pencraft runs the Sweet Homes inbox every day, drafting replies in the owner's voice with most drafts going out exactly as written, and booking appointments into a colour-coded diary. A nine-thousand-line client portal serves a refurbishment contractor's admin, clients and trades from one codebase.
